Spring started over two weeks ago but cold winter weather is still here. Some parts of southern Ontario got a little bit of snow on Tuesday morning. Northern parts of the province will get much more snow soon. Canada’s weather service has warned people about bad weather coming on Wednesday. Snow will fall in the northwest part of Ontario and in some places north of Lake Superior.


The area marked as Location B on the weather map will get the most snow. This includes places north of the town of Kenora. The weather service said a storm system is moving into northwestern Ontario. It could bring between 15 and 25 centimeters of snow on Wednesday. Snow will start falling late Tuesday night and keep falling all day Wednesday.
Strong winds will blow the snow around in open areas. The snow might keep falling into Thursday morning. Driving will be hard, & it may be difficult to see the road. Some roads might close.

Location A on the map could get between 8 and 15 centimeters of snow. Wind will also blow the snow around in some spots. The weather service said snow will start late Tuesday night and move east during Wednesday.
