I created a glass bead curtain inspired by vintage Chinese designs. While those are usually colorful, I chose a black-and-white style because of limited bead options—and I love how it turned out.

I only started sewing six months ago after my wife gifted me a sewing machine. I was so proud of this project that I decided to share it—it’s going to be a gift for my mother-in-law.

The students at my school performed Shrek the Musical, and I volunteered to make a cake for their cast party.

Here’s my latest creation: a Highland cow hat—finally finished!

After 15 years of renting, we finally bought a home, and I was thrilled to decorate my bathroom with wallpaper.

It took over a year and a half to process the fiber and create my handspun wedding shawl. It’s so delicate it can pass through a ring.

This project took 145 hours of spinning and 226 hours of knitting. It’s full of tiny imperfections—but also full of love and memories. While working on it, my childhood cat would play with the yarn. She’s no longer with me, but I included a bit of her fur in the veil so she could be part of my wedding day.

These may look like apples, but they’re actually cakes.

I set out to make a large octopus—and I definitely succeeded.

I built this bookshelf for my in-laws as a personal challenge using birch plywood and poplar trim.

I also transformed the kitchen in my rental apartment—it looks so good now, I’m sure it’ll increase the rent!

My grandmother gifted us her piano bench, and she had embroidered the seat herself using cross-stitch.

I made a chai-spiced Aslan tart inspired by a friend’s newborn son, named after the beloved character from Narnia. Knowing she loves spiced desserts, I created something meaningful just for her.
